To be able to deliver a speech at the Conference, a speaker has to submit his or her finalized report to the moderators within the set deadline. The moderators may exclude a speaker if his or her report fails to meet our quality requirements and replace such speaker with an alternative one.

Speakers are given 20-25 minutes to present their report. Please note that the Conference is of educational nature, so the number of presentations is limited to allow each speaker a sufficient timeframe for their speech.

Before the start of the Conference, report containing PowerPoint slides are to be sent to the conference moderators (exclusively via email simultaneously to the three addresses given below):
