Russian Arbitration Day (RAD) is a unique conference dedicated to the development of arbitration in Russia and abroad, which has rightfully become one of the most successful in the CIS region since its first introduction in 2013. During these years, RAD brought together over one and a half thousand Russian and foreign participants in an offline format and more than three thousand online users. The growing interest in this conference indicates the importance of the further development and organizing of RAD on a more global basis.
This year, unfortunately, the RAD did not take place. However, after consultations with the authors, we decided to publish a collection with all the articles prepared by the scholars. We believe that the purpose of the RAD is to further develop and popularize alternative dispute resolution, and therefore we are very pleased to invite our readers to discover the most topical issues in the field of commercial and investment arbitration and mediation, as well as non-trivial and curious solutions of the related problems, proposed by the authors.
